CUSTOMER SERVICE DECLARATIONS
Our job is to provide our clients with the best service imaginable. With that in mind our team will uphold the following 3 Customer Service Declarations, without exception:

1. A live person will answer the phones at all times, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

2. We will reply to all phone calls within two (2) hours unless we inform the client, in advance, that it may require more time to obtain an answer to their issue.

3. We will honor all commitments made to our clients without exception.
