*For covered services only, see MSP/Extended Limited Warranty Exclusions below for details. MSP is valid only on certain systems which are in good working condition. Exclusively for systems monitored by BAT and for customers in good standing. Also, if you have a service problem not covered by the MSP you will receive up to a
fifteen (15%) percent discount with the MSP. MSP repairs will be made Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Repairs made at other times will incur additional charges; see Maintenance Service Plan/Extended Limited Warranty Exclusions below for details.

Maintenance Service Plan (MSP)/Extended Limited Warranty: During the period you elect to receive the MSP we will repair or, at our option, replace any defective part of the system, including wiring but excluding batteries, and will make any needed mechanical adjustments, all at no charge to you. We will use new or
functionally operative parts for replacements. This MSP is for our benefit only, and may not be enforced by any other person. This MSP gives you specific legal rights. This MSP will go into effect upon the start of your next billing cycle. For service call 972-937-1102 or 1-877-6BATMAN. The MSP is for one (1) year and will automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms at our then current MSP rate unless terminated by either partys written notice at least thirty (30) days before the end of the then current term.
If you purchase the MSP after the initial system installation, your system must be in good working condition at the time of the MSP purchase. We will inspect the system prior to the MSP being effective at our then current labor rate; a one time trip charge may be applicable.
Maintenance Service Plan (MSP)/Extended Limited Warranty Exclusions: We perform MSP services only during normal working hours, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m Monday through Friday. IF YOU REQUEST US TO PERFORM MSP SERVICES OUTSIDE OUR NORMAL WORKING HOURS, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY US FOR THE SERVICES AT OUR THEN APPLICABLE SERVICE RATES FOR LABOR AND PARTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO AFTER HOURS/HOLIDAY LABOR RATES. SHOULD YOU REQUEST MSP SERVICE AT OR NEAR THE END OF NORMAL WORKING HOURS; THE TIME EXCEEDING THE NORMAL WORKING HOURS WILL BE BILLED AT OUR THEN CURRENT AFTER HOURS/HOLIDAY SERVICE RATES. THE MSP DOES NOT APPLY IF WE DETERMINE UPON INSPECTION THAT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS CAUSED THE NEED FOR SERVICE: A.) REPLACEMENT OF BATTERIES; B:) Damage resulting from accidents, Acts of God, alterations or misuse; C.) You fail to properly close or secure a door, window or other point protected by an alarm device; D.) You fail to properly follow the operating instructions; E.) Trouble in a telephone line, trouble in a communication line or due to interruption of power; F.) Repairs needed to window foil, security screens, exterior mounted devices or PROM (Programmable Read Only Memory); G.) Ordinary maintenance or wear and tear; H.) Alterations to your premises or; H.) Alterations to the system made at your request, or made necessary by a change to your premises, damage to
your premises or the alarm system, or for any other cause beyond our control. You must furnish the necessary electrical power through your meter at your expense to obtain warranty service.
