Unauthorized use of any of the Trademarks is strictly prohibited.

BAT assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the BAT Website. BAT reserves the right to modify the information contained in the BAT Website without notice, and makes no commitment to update the information contained in the BAT Website. Information Sent to BAT. Except as expressly stated otherwise herein or in the applicable BAT Privacy Policy posted below, if you send, post, or communicate any information or material to the BAT Website, BAT will assume that it is not confidential or proprietary, regardless of any notices to the contrary. By sending, posting, or communicating any information or material, you grant BAT and its affiliates an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, sell, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information, and you agree that BAT is free to use any such ideas, suggestions, data, questions, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send, post or communicate, for any purpose.

Linked Websites. The BAT Website may contain links to other websites. Such links are meant solely for our user's convenience. BAT has no control over, and is not responsible for the content found on external websites. Links to third party websites do not constitute sponsorship, endorsement or approval of such websites or their contents. Accordingly, BAT does not make any representations concerning the privacy practices or terms of use of such websites, nor does BAT control or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials available on such websites. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The laws of the state of Texas will apply to all matters relating to the use of the BAT Website. Those who choose to access the BAT Website from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent such local laws are applicable. You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Courts of Ellis County, Texas.

Severability. If a court of competent jurisdiction deems any provision of these Terms and Conditions unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Violations. BAT reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to terminate your access to the BAT Website for any reason, without prior notice.

Changes. BAT may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice; however, the most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available to you by clicking on the link at the bottom of the BAT Website. You are encouraged to regularly review these Terms and Conditions to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
