The WIRELESS PAK includes:
1 Control Panel
The control panel is the brain of the system. Usually it is installed in a closet.
1 Wireless Receiver
The wireless receiver is mounted in or near the control panel and receives signals from the wireless door sensors, window sensors, motion detectors, glass break detectors and smoke detectors.
1 LED Keypad
The LED Keypad is where you will turn the system on/off and where you will gain simple, but valuable, information about the function of the system.
2 Door Sensors
Door sensors are mounted on doors to alert you a door has been opened. When the system is turned off you will hear a chime from the keypad alerting you to an open door. When the system is turned on you will hear an alarm that there has been a breech of your home.
1 Wireless Motion Detector
The motion detector is typically mounted in the "heart" of the house or somewhere that a would-be intruder would have difficulty moving from one side of your home to the other side of your home.
1 Siren
The indoor siren is the audible device located in the house that alerts you to an intrusion or fire.
1 Battery Back-Up
The Battery Back-Up power supply is only used if the main AC power to your home is ever lost and it is typically mounted inside the control panel.
1 Transformer
The Transformer is the main power source for the entire system and is secured to an A/C power source that is not being used.
1 Telco Jack & Cord
The Telco Jack & Cord are the devices connecting your system to the phone line and subsequently to our monitoring station and the police or fire department.
